The Harvard Film Archive values the exchange of ideas that are part of robust academic debate. Speakers and audience members are encouraged to engage in dialogue, including on points of contention. This does not mean that participants may use their free expression to harass or intimidate others or to unduly interfere with programs or presentations. Disruptive, disrespectful or violent behavior will not be permitted. HFA guests, staff or audience members who engage in such behavior will be asked to leave the HFA theater. HFA members who engage in such behavior also risk the cancellation of HFA memberships. HFA reserves the right to bar visits by those who have violated these conduct principles.
